Can I Use One Intank Pump and One Inline Pump Alright so I have a 1969 El Camino I am putting a turbo 5.3 in, it will run E85 part of the time. I have the Tanks INC EFI tank for the car with a Walbro 450 in the tank. The problem I am running into is the single 450 is not going to be enough to make around 800 on E85 and the opening on the tank is to small to fit a second pump in the tank. So my current solution would be to drill a hole in the baffled area of the tank and put a bulkhead fitting in, running to a Inline Pump that Y's into the -8 feed from the intank unit. The second pump would only be needed when under boost so I would use the Terminator X to turn on the pump when under boost. My question is has anyone done a similar set up and if not is there any reason this wouldn't work. Thanks

If you can get a good clean gravity fed supply of fuel to the extra pump at all times, then no reason it cannot work.
It would need a check valve fitting in the high pressure side of the secondary pump, so that the primary pump isnt trying to pump fuel back out through it during single pump operation.
