FPR making annoying noises

I have a Magnafuel brand AFPR in the engine bay and lately (past few months) its been making a horrible annoying noise that sounds like beetles being shook up in a can....

now it doesnt make the noise continuously when the car is on but its pretty frequent..

Do AFPR's normally make noise? is it the brand? I dont understand why it makes noise..

the pressure gauge thats on it reads 60 psi all day long when its on.... should I switch to Aeromotive?

I think thts from air in system. Mine usually does it on start up, when priming fuel lines etc.

I shouldnt still hear it 15 minutes after its been turned on right???

No not normally. Well mine doesnt. Maybe call magnafuel and ask. They have good tech support

feed comes into drivers side rear fuel rail.. crosses over at the front and return line comes out the backside of the passenger fuel rail into the FPR and then comes out the bottom into the return to the tank using the factory EVAP line
