Default LS swap fuel issue need help

Hello all. I'm in need of some help... I've got a LS swapped Canyon that needed a new motor. Now that we've got the replacement motor in I can't get it to start. I did make some minor changes but I don't believe they would cause my problem. I went from a flat top piston to dished and 317 to 799 heads decked .010" with a turbo cam. Original cam was a Ly6 cam I believe. Other than that it was just a straight swap. Same intake, injectors, rails, harness, computer, tune, etc. The truck literally was driven into the garage to pull the motor. Now after its all back together it's in reduced power, I've got no throttle body response, and the injectors only spray for a split second. Oddly enough the truck will run on carb cleaner. I've checked the grounds, replaced the oil pressure, cam, crank, and map sensors. I confirmed I've got fuel during cranking. The injectors have 12 volts (10.5 during cranking) but when I check the injectors with a noid light I get nothing. Could be a bad tester from the auto parts store maybe?

VATS is tuned off

I'm located in Lutz FL if there's any guru's local.

These are the codes that I have

0x7E8: P0053 - HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1, Sensor 1) (Permanent)
0x7E8: P0059 - HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 2, Sensor 1) (Permanent)
0x7E8: P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/BARO Sensor Low (Pending)
0x7E8: P0532 - A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor A Circuit Low (Pending, Current, Old, History)
0x7E8: P1682 - Driver 5 Line 2 (SES, Pending, Current, Permanent, History)
0x7E8: U0109 - Lost Communication With Fuel Pump Control Module (Permanent)

You have voltage TO the injectors, but are they grounded?
Check ALL grounds and connections. Pay particular attention to the grounds on the back of the heads.

As far as I know all the grounds are solid but I'll double check them.
