99 Camaro SS will not start Hi all. My Camaro started stumbling on acceleration. I assume it is a fuel issue. It finally died and will not start. No pressure at the rail. When I turn on the key, I do hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds.
Troubleshooting:
I removed the nearly new fuel filter and it did have some gas in it. I blew on one end of the filter and fuel blew out the other end, so it does not seem clogged up.
While the fuel filter was out, I turned on the key and did hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds but no fuel shot out of the fuel line where the filter would plug into. Also, the fuel pump is only a year old.
Since the pump is running, why is it not pumping fuel (oh yes, there is fuel in the tank)? Would it be the pressure regulator on the pump? Anyone have any other ideas?

Yes it should shoot fuel out of the line. I have seen a good pump but the line from the pump to the fuel lines was cracked in tank. So pump was ok. So key on and no fuel out of the line. Remove the pump and check.
