That was VERY educational! Explains a LOT!

I hear it mixes well with methanol. Also heard stories of old sprint cars ch3ating by throwing a bit into their tanks. But anyhoo, wonder if the little amount of gas on E85 will make it so it does or doesn't mix
Thats correct.

An additional small Tank and Pump are required in order to use it.

It should never sit in a Fuel Tank with Gasoline unless a bonding compound and catalyst compound are used.
If this is done... the Fuel Tank should be drained and then refilled all the time for safety reasons and to prevent leaks.

Mixing with either Ethyl or Methyl Alcohols will be far less complicated.
Using Methanol has its own issues with corrosion sitting in vehicles Fuel System... it should be flushed out regularly with gasoline.

^^^ This.
I've tried to clean some 220# injs from a 10.5 outlaw car. It was on methanol. A real mess.
The meth ate the linings out of the lines, corroded the alum cell, and the engine burned down bigtime.
We ended up with new injs, no filter baskets, 3 in-line filters and PTFE lines, and the cell was hard anodized.
Never heard of any further failures.
On my fe rail, we found the alky had removed the anodizing in the fittings., and the hoses got harder than the back of Superman's head. Definitely not user friendly.
In place of a touch of nitro to screw with the starting line guys, some perfumed additive, or Klotz 2 stroke lube will get about the same results.
