Default Fuel Pressure

Please see video attached.
Key On: No hold in pressure
Engine On: Around 60 psi
Engine with throttle in Park: Around 60 psi
I understand under actual load there might be a good drop in fuel pressure....

No wonder something felt a tiny bit off. I'm assuming the in-pump regulator is bad or something.

Would y'all replace fuel pump?

If so what's a good easy replacement on a 2002 Camaro Z28 with currently an intake, full exhaust, and a 3200 stalled FLT Level 3 for possible future upgrades (Cam) ?

If your pressures are good i wouldn't worry about the bleed off

I attached a WOT fuel pressure video.
40 mph cruising: approx 57 psi
WOT: approx 51 psi

Is there any issue with running with a possible bad regulator (assuming it's that) besides not holding pressure with the key in the ON position while engine off ?

Thoughts?

If the pressure isn't maintained while fuel demand is high then that would lean more towards a fuel pump not keeping up

Or restriced filter/ line

Agreed, there's an issue with fuel delivery and/or the FPR cannot regulate the pressure. It should maintain fuel pressure all the way to WOT.

WS6Store has drop in pumps and if your basically stock then I'd go this route on a new fuel pump assembly.

Right, so if my pressure is fine according to the gauge during idle and under load, should I worry that it doesn't hold any pressure during that one instance? The instance of engine off but key in on position as shown in the first video. Basically, if I am getting what seems to be adequate pressure but no regulation / bad check valve or something, should I be worried?

Cycle the IGN key twice to get the pressure and fuel back to the rail before turning the key to start the engine. Or not. This isn't worth doing a lot of work dropping the fuel tank, etc.
