Default Fuel Pressure Issue

How’s it going. I have a 2000 LS1 cammed with AFR heads aand afternarket intake and fuel rails. I installed an Aeromotive 340lph stealth intank fuel pump along with an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator at the fuel rail. The pump seems to be working but the pressure reading at the fuel pressure regulator is only reading 10PSI. Not sure if I have something wrong or if there is another problem just looking for help.

thanks!

Kinks in the fuel line? Used too thin of a wire gauge to the pump thus starving the fuel pump of the power it needs to create pressure?? Clogged fuel filter? Does it flow well with the line disconnected at the rail - use caution here to prevent a fire - keep a fire extinguisher close by.

Do you have one of those liquid filled gauges on the regulator?? If so those things don't read right when they get hot. I had one when I first got mine running and it looked like it had zero fuel pressure but was running just fine. Put a pressure sensor in the regulator if you can to verify pressure

Did you check the fuel is going to the right port on the regulator. A photo would be helpful.

I think the pump assembly within the tank might not be sealed correctly, causing the pump to push fuel back into the tank instead of the supply line.
