Default Aeromotive FPR Help - Returnless System

Hi,

I need to update my fuel system as my current setup is not sufficient for my newly built 6.0. Currently running a factory NBS truck fuel tank and pump. I am going to convert to a drop in Walbro 255LHP. I also currently have a TBSS intake, rails, and corvette FPR. I need to swap this corvette regulator for an Aeromotive 13132 per my engine builder. I need to keep my system as a returnless - can anyone explain how to retain the returnless system? A diagram would be awesome, as well as any parts I may need aside from the ones I listed.

Also, for the pump - there are two different part numbers, but they seem to be the same item. Can anyone advise? Thanks!

I've been running an in-tank Walbro 255 and C5 FFR in my 98 Wrangler with a LS6/4L60E for 16 years with zero issues.
My 67 Nova with a LS2 427 and used a 255 walbro and C5 FFR. Did 495 RWHP on the chassis dyno. No fuel issues.
Current project is a 80 Camaro with a LS3. In tank 255 and C5 FFR.
The FFR is mounted close to the tank so a short return line.
Make you sure get a "real" GM or Wix FFR.

The regulator will have the in/out and return ports like the filter regulator does. Connect it to the corresponding lines with some quick connect to -6 adapters and done

The tu434 does not have a pressure sensor on the module

The tu432 has a pressure sensor

Look at your stock pump. If it has 2 connectors on it you need the 432

Not sure why your engine builder is recommending this change, a wix 33737 c5 regulator/filter is perfect for up to a 255 lph fuel pump. Larger pumps will fail that regulator but I've seen/tuned many vehicles with an actual pressure guage with a 255 lph walbro on a returnless setup, and fuel pressure stays well within that 58 psi spec. 10+ year track record of a wix 33737 with 255 lph pump, boosted and NA, zero issues. Don't let someone overcomplicate what works fine.
