I seriously doubt whether you can buy that part separately. I've been wrong before, but I've never heard of this being a separate part. What is wrong with the one you have?
I kinda don't think you need it for anything. Once the injector is installed the O-ring can't possibly go anywhere anyway. That's only there to keep the O-ring from falling off while handling it before you put it in.
