Buy the Racetronix dual pump hotwire kit if you don't already have it. Makes wiring it up a lot easier. Are you running a factory ECU or aftermarket? If you have a factory ECU, it's going to be a lot harder to run it without a Hobbs switch. My setup is piggybacked, and the fuel pump wiring is still intact. I have a Holley Terminator X and it controls both pumps, but I still use the factory relay so it functions like stock. I use an output from the Terminator X to turn on my second pump at 4PSI of boost. You do not want to run both pumps constantly, it will end up burning them up.

There is no way to separately trigger the fuel pumps without a Hobbs switch, as the ECU only has one fuel pump command wire. And, as I said, you do not want to 340 pumps running constantly because they will overheat your fuel and burn up the pumps.
