Default Injectors: what do those numbers mean?

I just received 8 new 38 lb injectors from Vortech (part number F060-038).
Each injector has two numbers: one number is the same for all the items (D1163BA), This number is stamped on the left side of the electrical connector. The other number is stamped on the opposite side of the connector: 3 items shows 0924, 5 items 0993.
Which number is important to recognize the injector? Do I have 8 equal injectors?
Each injector has a light blue ring: is it the flow rate?

Thanks – Stefano

"D1163BA" is the part number and is the important one to look at. The "other" number is most likely a batch code or manufature code.
