Default Do these Ford 42# injectors plug right in?

As asked, do these Ford 42# injectors plug right into our LS1 Harnesses without any modification? How about between Rails and intake? Has anyone used these? Do they run ok at our pressure? I'd like to use something like this with my 395.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...sPageName=WDVW

Thanks,

David

Yep, had a set of 42.5s on my car before upgrading to mototron 60's.
They fit perfect, but you will have to get your PCM tuned for them, if you didn't already know and they run awesome at our FP levels, the effectively become 50lb injectors at 58psi, but if you have a ADJ FPR you can turn down the FP.

yup work fine... that's what I'm running ... they run higher than 42.5 (as mentioned) at our pressure (58psi 4 bar, 3 bar is 43 psi which is what most rate injectors at ... so 36% more flow, so 136% 42.5 is 57.8 ... so at 4 bar the FMS 42.5s should flow about 57/58 lb/hr)

I've got a set of 8 with less than 1K miles on them, flow-tested a week ago, all within 2% of spec. I'll ship them for $300 obo.

thats's what i'm running on my 395. but unless you are running a big dry shot like i am you really dont need injectors that big. 36lb would be fine.

They seem to be priced so close that I was thinking on moving up to 42.5 pounders just incase I did something like that in the future. If I don't are 42.5 too big to "tune down"?

Thanks,
David

If you're still looking for 42 pounders . . . I'll even take $250 shipped. Gotta get rid of 'em!

im running kooks stepped 1 7/8 - 2" - 3 1/2" collector with a 3 1/2" o.r. y pipe and into a 4" mufflex exhaust. i love the sound of it, its so deep and throaty, it never gets really loud but just sounds incredible.

We have the Lucas/Delphi #42 injectors in stock and on sale right now at $299.95 , they are a direct fit , the Bosch injectors will work as well but are a bit more expensive because they are no longer maunfactured .

The Ford motorsports injectors will fit, the 99+ V6 and Cobra's got a new pencil style injectors and will NOT plug into the LS1 harness. For some reason the GT still used the old style connector.
