Default am i crazy on can this work?

i want to ultimately use the fuel injection components from a 2003 6.0L truck to fuel inject my 1st gen small block(i hate carbs). i can install all sensors and hardware except for the crank angle sensor or the cam angle sensor(which ever the trucks use)

how can i install a crank angle sensor? (never came with stock)
how can i install a cam angle sensor? (also never came with stock)
has anybody done this before?

I very much appriciate any input on solving my problem. thank you

the problem is easily solved by using a TBI or TPI from a 1990 or so model year since they are designed to run on first gen small blocks. OR drop in the whole 6.0...

manifold bolts right on. only mod you need to make is to the center 4 bolts holes. check the info on thirdgen.org. it is a very common swap

What ever you do, dont go TBI! TPI is the way to go.
