Fuel Pressure Regulator Problem??

Fuel Pressure Regulator Problem?? My 98 Camaro SS is taking a few seconds (4-5) when the engine is warm. When I start in the morning, it fires right up, but if I drive it and then let it sit, it takes awhile to start. A few of my mechanics said it is the fuel pressure regulator. What are your guys' thoughts? Any help would be appreciated.

My wife's old 94 v6 camaro was doing the same thing before we got rid of it. I don't think it is the FPR, I think it is the pump itself not building pressure fast enough. All of our cars loose pressure in the lines when the car is sitting, and a good pump will bump up the pressure immediately for your car to run.
