Who drives in the rain?

the rain water goes in between the plastic manifold and the valley cover where it seeps into the konck sensor whole. Becasue the whole is covered by a rubber thing the water doesnot evaperate when the engine is warm.

Found the problem, a bad o2 sensor, it had a sliced wire on the drivers side. Would act up when it got wet. I think the wire got cut by accident some kind of way. It was sliced just enough to let water get in when wet and reap havoc on my fuel trimms.

How about another theroy. Long Tube headers transfer heat much better than stock manifolds. Now throw some water on them.... exhaust gas temperatures go down and effectively put the o2's to sleep? A logging scanner is what you need. I have LT's and its a daily driver. No issues with driving in the rain. Fairly fresh o2's up front, and brand new Bosh units in the rear.
