Mechanical Fuel gauge In cab???
I had my local shop order me a pair of gauges, and when they came in, the fuel gauge is the mechanical one. I guess I wasn't really on top of things.
So should I take it back and get the electric w/ the sending unit for like 100 bux more?
IMO gas in the passenger area is a no no, if you drive it on the street, even in a drag car the fuel cell is sectioned of from the pass. area(When done properly, some people dont care apparently, but Tech sure does)
Something just rubs me the wrong way about all the "what ifs"
When it comes to safety, dont skimp on it.

That's what i'm thinking. I have the gauge and receipt all ready to go back to the shop.
