Whistling Sound

Can anyone help?

I am experiencing a "whistling" sound when at idle and when rpm increases and then at a certain point when moving, I cannot hear it any more. IS there some type of vacuum leak in the fuel system? Does the fuel delivery work on a type of vacuum feed where the vacuum connection may be disconnected? If so where would it be located? 2002 ls1 TA ram air

Could be your air charge system. It runs when you start up the car for a little then shuts off. I think it pumps fresh air into the exhaust or something like that.
