Default Injectors for H/C set-up

Ill be adding a f13 cam and some patriot stage 2 heads to my car.
I am guessing it will be in the 425rwhp range.
Dont think the stock 28s will work to well from what ive gathered.

What size injectors do I need?

Will the fuel pump be ok?

No nitrous....all N/A.

thanks

My suggestion would be either the 30# or 42# SVO injectors. The 30's would be good for what you have currently but if you decide to do more then go with the 42's now....one less thing to change later!

Racetronix makes a very nice plug and play sytem along with a 255 liter pump that is well worth the investment...again, one less thing to think about down the road!

Is their any disadvantages of using an injector that is too large?

Say I bought the 42's....would my car make any less power or act any different than if I went with the 30's?

Would the 42's work with my fuel pump and stock set-up right now?... I think ill get the 42's now and if I do anything more in the future Ill get the racetronix kit.

thanks again

A good tuner will edit the appropriate tables in the PCM to account for the 42's using HP Tuners, LSEdit etc. It shouldn't run rich at idle if the tuner know's what they are doing.
