Any technical reasons why Earl's braided hose is 50% more $ than Aeroquip?

Default Any technical reasons why Earl's braided hose is 50% more $ than Aeroquip?

Is Earl's braided hose that much better than Aeroquip? Can't find many specs to compare the two.

I've always used Aeroquip Fittings and SS braided hose on all my cars thru the years - never had a problem with either - so IMO go with the Aeroquip - the fact that they're cheaper is a bonus

I think the earls are a little easier to put together and higher quality. Allthough I see no problem using Aeroquip I have used Aeroquip for many years with no troubles. All of my own stuff gets ano-tuff black fittings and pro-lite 350 hose though.
