Default detonation

How do I make my detonation go away. My engine is going lean at 5000 rpms, I have new O2 sensors in the front, new plugs and wires. It still does it. Is this an issue where the pump is no longer working at full capacity? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Hook a fuel pressure gauge up and check PSi at wot on the street. If you havent replaced your fuel filter lately then do that first as a clogged one will screw up your fuel PSI. How do you know it is lean anyway, have you scanned it?? Detonation can come from quite a few different things. Good luck.

How lean is it at 5000 RPM's? I would fatten it up and give it more fuel up top. That should take care of it. What type of gas are you running in it? That can also help detonation.
