Default Rail removal

Is there an easy way to get the freakin frame rail the ... out of the way to pull the old shortblock out the top (which I am ready to do). It was bad enough having it constantly in the way trying to pull the heads off. I'm SUUURREEE it won't be easy... if there's a way, please someone tell me, I want to install the new complete motor from the bottom and set the freakin rails back in once everything is situated (sensors, etc). Thanks in advance friends...

I know this sounds ridiculous but how do you disconnect the fuel line?

Get the quick disconnect fittings from Advance auto... They come in a packet with several sizes. Or you can use 2 flat head screw drivers... fittings work better though, then just return them with the reciept and get your money back.
