1998 Camaro SS Running LEAN

My 1998 Camaro SS is running lean I know so because I got the SES light on I ran the codes and thats what code came up P0171 car is running lean. My mods are SLP lound mouth, SLP Lid and SLP MAF. What could be the problem? Thanks.

how do you know its running lean(code says it)? those all the mods you have?

maybe I'm a newb....but what is MAFI?

Yea, how do you know its lean? That MAF would be the first thing I'd change out.

get a wideband, buy HPTuners or EFI LIVE and read what the car is doing. if you still have the MAF in the car then multiply the MAF table(B5001-in efi live) by like 8% and see where you stand. also look at your LTFT's

I use EFI LIVE, but HPTuners can do the same thing. EFI LIVE is free updates for life, as why the cost is higher. It is more of a personal preference on which program to buy, just in case you were wondering. Alvin@pcmforless loves efi live and loves to brag about it, then again Nick W loves HPtuners ....so its completely up to u
