Are RC 72# injectors good for 950 rwhp

Default Are RC 72# injectors good for 950 rwhp

just as stated just getting a idea of their limits for my build up. I need people that have them or have had them to lt me know if they are enough. Will have 20-25 psi boost and need alot of fuel. Thanks

Yes they are. Not sure how they tune though so you might ask some tuners if they have used them etc...

If you go to a low impendence injector you will have to convert the signal for the ls1 pcm to handle them. But yes they will idle well and the conversion numbers are simple to calc.

No I have not personally used them, but I have talked to RC eng. about them many times all there flow rates are at 45 psi fuel presure and so if you do the calculations they are acctually bigger than that with the FP we run on our cars (stock being 58). The Mototrons are the same rated at 60 on 45 psi I have seen the Mototrons do right under 900 and I don't think they were injector limited at the time. JM they are still a High impendence injector. But JM is right you can buy a injector driver to run the low impendence injectors I do believe MM ran them for a long time (96's). I am looking to use the same injector in my new motor so that is why I happen to know a little about them. I am currently trying to find and talk to a few of the tuners that have used them and ask how they tune specifily how they idle as I know the Mototrons work great etc... Good luck.
