How Much??? I'm prepping my car next week to install my NOS wet plate kit. Here is the setup:
NOS Wet plate kit
Holley 255lph Fuel Pump
NOS mini progressive controller(Controller, WOT switch, Window)
NOS purge kit
NOS Bottle Warmer
Fuel Preasure Safety Switch
Now I have a couple of questions, what can I safely spray? 100-150-200?
and currently my car is running 11.5's @ 121 where will my max shot roughly put my ET? I'm a complete nitrous newbie, so I'm very excited about the idea of my nitrous adventure.

Sounds like a pretty solid setup. I'd rec. a window switch and WOT switch as well. Perhaps a fpss.. But. I'd go with a 150.. perhaps start with a 100 for a test period and DEFINATELY go up to the 150. See how happy you are there. If you do it right 200 would be "safe". .I'd personally stick to 150

Should probably add, I do have the FPSS already. Just forgot. 
The WOT and Window switch are already integrated in the NOS progressive controller. I plan on starting with the 100, until I get used to it, then working into the 150 slowly, I was more curious as to if I could run the 200 safely with this setup.

I've done it and I've seen many others do it. Hell.. I've seen others go 250 on stock bottom end and be alright.. You have all the right gear to do it up right and safely. So go for it!!

stock bottem end I would stick with the 150 all day long. but, with a good tune and some good race gas and alil less rev on the shifts I would say it would be okay for a couple passes. but on 200 on stock pistons and rod/rod bolts you asking alot. good luck with it..
