Can the LPH on a inline fuel pump be higher than the intank lph?

I have a Racetronix 255 LPH intank fuel pump. Prior to the intank Racetronix FP, I had an inline fuel pump installed-Vortech T rex 50/70 (still do).
My question is can the inline fuel pump have a higher LPH rating than the intank FP? Or can it have less LPH than the intank LPH? Or should the LPH be equal between both fuel pumps?
Thanks.

If your still using the factory bucket, you should not use an inline pump as the bucket will not refill properly. If not, then you're ok to upsize the inline pump about 30-40% larger than the intank pump since it will see less pressure abnd be able to pump more fuel....personally, I don't like inlines and would rec a dual intank pump set-up.

It's part of the factory fuel pump module. Your fuel pump sits in it and it allows the fuel pump to be submerged in fuel at all times, no matter what the level of fuel in the main tank.
