Default external fuel pump for daily driving?

who is using an external pump for daily driving?
What kind of issues?
How many hours of use before turning off the car?
How many hours of use before the pump starts to fail?
How quite?
How much hp are you supporting?

i am looking for an external pump to handle 90+ lbs injectors , FI , on a daily driver.
what i am not looking for is a twin in tank or aeromotive a1000 or anything aeromotive.......... unless its some new aeromotive product that is super secret and really works.

i did see this thread https://ls1tech.com/forums/fueling-injection/458260-external-fuel-pump-please-vote.html

does anyone else have any other ideas?

How's it going have not heard from you in a while. The MagnaFuel is a great street pump very quiet and does not create heat soak even without a voltage controler (not rec.).

who is using an external pump for daily driving? Most people I sell pumps to
What kind of issues? None yet
How many hours of use before turning off the car?
How many hours of use before the pump starts to fail?several we drove one to a track 3.5 hours a way and hot lapped it and drove it home
How quite? Extremely I was suprised it is the quietest external pump I have used
How much hp are you supporting? They have one that is upwards of 2000hp

Mr. Nasty Nate, as i am sure you are well aware, these build ups cost a ton!
i changed cars completely no longer doing a 4th gen.
now after a few years of this project i am headed into the final few challenges of the build.
What information can you send me about the Magnafuel pumps including pricing.
now this is for an FI if that changes anything.

Anyone care to sound off about using the MAgnafuel pump?

Nate
Ive never had an issue with an A1000. That is of course when they are setup right...If you mount it with MSD viabration dampners its pretty freaking quiet. Ive seen some nightmare installs on them. Ive seem people mount them in the location where the stock fuel filters are and not be able to drive less then 45 minutes without the car dying. The voltage controllers for street duty in my opinion are a joke.

I ran my power supply right off the alternator and never once had an issue with heatsoad, vaporizing etc...Like ive said before, if its setup right, you shouldnt have any issues.

My setup consisted of a sumped 98 tank...filter...A1000...y at the back of the rails...each line into a side of an aeromotive boost referenced regulator...return out the bottom to the top/front of the tank. I used 4 gauge wire to supply power and ground with a nice bosch relay. It turned on with the key on. I drove it all over the streets, in traffic, sitting idling, not a sign of an issue.

They tell me the 4301 should do just over 1000rwhp on a turbo car and the 4303 is good for over 1500rwhp I have yet to have someone max them out.

It was my daily driver for 2 years...

Went to Oklahoma, Louisiana...I was never afraid to fill up the tank and just drive for hours on end to go party, gamble and hang out with out of state friends with it. Get there, hit the street scene, win some money and come back.

I have twin A1000 pumps in my DD, seems fine so far except they are a little loud but that doesn't bother me.

Mount them on the MSD vibration dampners you get in the ignition box kits...youd be surprised how much quieter they really are.
