Fuel rail question...
i have a set of aftermarket rails that are for an aftermarket intake, and all the fittings i have are -8 stuff. just don't want to spend all that dough again on the fittings/hose/etc...
otherwise i have to figure out a way to mate up these rails to work on a stock intake and I don't trust stuff like that.

each part of the rail fits an -8 to -8 male, then the hose has it's fitting that is a -8 that gets screwed on the male end that is in the fuel rail
but yes, if you go through summit, it lists out the -8 size fitting that would get screwed into the rail. it's not the 3/8 npt size that speed inc normally carries

like that, but with the ability to have that same Speed Inc. style hold down.
my current rails, the fittings that go into them are -8 o-ring to -8
since i need rails either way, i don't feel like buying rails that are the 3/8npt and having to get a 3/8npt to -8 female connector
i like things uniform and getting the correct parts. not buying different adaptors just to make something work. i wouldn't have to by JUST ONE adaptor.
I'd need a 3/8npt plug for the passenger side front of the rail (i'd have the -8 laying around then)
then i'd need (3) 3/8" npt to -8 female connectors so that I could adapt my current AN fittings to the smaller rails

i'm just trying to use what i have available without having to discard of the other AN fittings I just got. So those are 3/8npt to -8 fittings in those rails, correct? looks like no response from nasty, and i know speed inc. doesn't, so looks like this is my only answer
