Help with Walbro 255!!
Help with Walbro 255!! Hey guys a friend of mine had a walbro intake 255 ready to go. We put the pump in the car primed up no pressure. We noticed a little hole next to the outlet hose pushing gas out of it. What is that hole there for?
I ordered a new 255 intake and the same hole is there. I dont feel like f**ckin with this all weekend. Any input would be great.

When I installed mine, I have next to no pressure, that's because I had air in th system, turned the car over and all was fine after a few seconds, up to 58PSI pressure.
Not sure what hole you mean, do you have any photos?

Other things to check..
I had my Fuel Pressure Regulator pop off the barb in the tank...
Also make sure you use EFI hose clamps as MANY people have tried to use the worm gear clamps and they almost always fail and the hose comes off the pump or tube.
