leaks when you trun the key to on, or while the engine is runnin ?...be sure to use oil or Vaseline on the o-rings before installation

injectors shouldnt cycle till the PCM gets an RPM signal....leakin with the key on means the injector is stuck open....if you swapped the affected injector with the same results then you have more the one leaking injector...there's no other explanation for it

then it sounds like a sealin problem...you can usually get o-ring kits from parts stores....clips i think only from dealer and you have to buy the manifold/rail assy....be sure to use plenty of lube on the new o-rings...good luck

I got a spare set of stock injectors, but they may have a few miles on them. Changed them at 114,000miles, dont know if they have been in the car from new, but worked fine before I removed them, just wanted to go large.
