Car running lean

I think my car is running lean. I checked spark plugs and they are white and looks as if they had hot spots on them.
A freind said I should put a regulator on the car to add fuel pressure, another said get larger injectors. What do you all think?

I say get a fuel pressure gauge before you do anything..

I would run a fuel pressure check, otherwise see what the duty cycle on the injectors are.
Since your car was tuned, I would hope they wouldnt let you leave with it lean.

it was a mail order tune, How can I check duty cylce?
Would the fp be diffrent under load vs checking it at idel?

To check the duty cycle, you will have to have software and hook up a computer to it.
Yes, fuel pressure will be different when under load verse at idle.
