Default Which injectors do you recommend?

I'm in need of injectors. I'm cam'd and have a lot of bolt on's. No heads yet. No NOS either. I was looking at the TSP 42# injectors. They seem like a decent price. Anyone have some recommendations?

I have had both 37 and 43 lb Racetronic fuel injectors and have liked both sets.

30's should be able to handle 500rwhp but if you power add then 42's will work.

If you use one of the many online calculators...50% BSFC

(500hp X .5)/(8*.8)= 39.5 lbs/hr.

Assuming a 45% BSFC (500hp x .45)/(8*.8) = 35.1

Not sure what a H/C LS1 qualifies as for BSFC, but you can see that in some cases a 30# SVO (36lb) won't be enough. Also, you can get flow matched 42's on fleabay for $280 shipped (I just ordered a set) so they're just as cheap or cheaper than 30's!!!

is that based off of flywheel or wheel? i have always wondered about that and havent asked. Im running 42# SVO's so i can run a small dry shot on my 403. I could have used 36# FAST OR lucas on motor alone. BUT knew i would add some crazy stuff in the future.

I have improved it greatly by getting it really rich and cranking the timing way up but it's not where I think that it should be.

If I buy these, would you be able to provide all of the required tuning tables that correspond well? Will they work well with the stock tables + the cahnge to the flow rate table as per your calculator? I know that my troubles are not the cam as this is the second cam with the same problem. The rest of my tune is pretty close to perfect. I have spent hours trying to dial it in the stated problem areas. I have gotten it to where it feels like a vibration but I want it puuuuurfect. I think that the problem must be in the injectors min pulse. I hear that these Motrons wont go below 1.5 and I have never seen mine drop below 1.7. I have zeroed out the adder table and have the min set to .5 and nothing. I have tried many settings inbetween also.

I have made changes to all of the air flow tables as well.
