Walbro 255 pressure??

Im running an inline walbro 255 pump with the hot wire kit. I have a gauge in the car and it always ran at 64-65psi and 61 under spray. One day it just drops down to about 48 around town and like 54 on the highway. Any ideas? Could the stock intake be bad?

About 3k ago. I took it out and the fuel was clean and it wasnt clogged. I can still hear and feel the inline pump running. And can also hear the stocker kick on.
Im having the same problem to a degree. I've got a pro charger and pressure is fine untill I get on the gas. It starts at 60-61 then will drop to 57-58 when Ive been sittin still in traffic. Today at 1/2 throttle @ 4,000 rpm it jumped from 60 to 50. I also have a racetronix intank. Im beginning to wonder if the stock fuel pressure regulator is going out. My car has been pro charged for 3 years now. Im going to try a check it tomorrow, I'll keep you posted. I'd like to know what is going on too.
The regulator is in the bucket, it hooks right into the return line on the bucket. A 255 should stay 60psi depending on load, you arent too bad if it drops to 55 or so. Any more then that, i would start looking for the problem as it will make it go lean.

If my stock intake was bad or even better it wasnt there, would the inline walbro be enought to keep me at 60-65. Im just trying to figure out which one of the pumps would have to be bad for my symptoms.

Typical problem with the walbro's. Mine held great pressure until one day after driving for about an hour it dropped down to 40 at idle and then just started cutting out. Turns out it just burned up for no reason at all. I never let the gas go below 1/8th of a tank (which was only once) and it always stays above 1/4 regularly. It lasted about 1000 miles before I replaced it. A lot of people have had the same problems. The walbro's just suck,and good luck finding another one that isn't just a walbro pump in a different package. Unless you're wanting to spend $400 on an aeromotive pump the only route i've found is to just replace the walbro's when they take a **** like that. At least your car is still running though. Good luck.

Mine started out like that. It was perfect 60psi for 10k then it would dip to 58 after it warmed up. Then it started to drop just a tad, then to 60 to 55. Then from 60 to 50. Then From 60 to 48. This is under 8psi of boost. Now it starts at 58. Car is parked until probelm is solved. I think its the inline as Ive already got a racetronix intank installed. I bought the intank to take care of the problem, didn't fix it. But I think the inline is choking it off. sux...
