Default Walbro 255 Question.

Hey whats up guys, the buddies and I just installed my new walbro 255 intake pump, well everthing went well, wired the pump correctly car fired up and its running fine. Now when i have the car runnin i can hear a little "weeeee" type of sound coming from the tank.. its not loud but you can bareley hear it I was thinking it may be normal and it just doing it becasue its more of a performance pump. Any input will be helpfull!
Thx Bubba.

I dont hear any noise except for the noise of the system being primed when I turn the key..

If its really loud, it might be a problem!! Fill the tank up, it should cover the pump and muffle the noise a little!

Haha yea!
But really, I only hear it prime.. its pretty quiet the rest of the time..
Each pump may be a little different.. Even the "walbro" pumps..
But you shouldent hear it whining all over the place too loud..

I have had 255's in a couple of my cars and they always made a ton of noise, never had a problem with them though.
