Default Intake or Inline? 500rwhp + Nitrous.

Ok guys, ive come to the point of plumbing the car for the new setup.

Right now I have a brand new walbro 255lph pump and Ractronix Harness from Thunder.

I have no problem changing pumps etc...

What my plan of action was/is:

To cut the hard lines all the way up to the back of the car, up till the pump, weld AN fittings on the remaining 2inches of hardline and then plumb the car.

OR drop the tank, drain it and weld 2 fittings to the bottom (sump) and then go with an Inline pump.

The car should be around 500rwhp on motor and early next season it will be seeing a DP nitrous system. The car might and might not have a standalone, probly will but just incase...

I think the inline is more efficent but also not as streetable. The car is a Daily Driver.

So any Ideas?

Tony.

I would install the walbro/harness, leave everything else stock then do a stand alone fuel cell with c16 gas for the nitrous. Very streetable set up.

If your going to do a full fuel system from tank to the front, i would reccomend doing what we did on this 98 with a metal tank, http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=42 .

The bung in the tank worked out really well despite the aeromotive pump being a little loud. You can use the billet controller if it is going to be street/highway driven alot.

We are at 750rwhp on that car currently with no signs of pressure drop. Having ran -8 line to the front, i would expect a limit of around 1k hp.

Or you can always use a Nasty Performance Race tank and we have several quiet streetable pumps. Give me a call I can spec out any fuel system you need I have several options that will work for you.

"To cut the hard lines all the way up to the back of the car, up till the pump, weld AN fittings on the remaining 2inches of hardline and then plumb the car."

Doing that, you still have the flow capacity of the original line[s]

Same type of setup for the LT I have the same page for LT1's on the site. Let me know I can set it up exactly for your combo.
