Default KB BAP Install help on 98

Well I finally got my BAP and wanted to know where you guys are hooking into the fuel pump wire...I would really like to see some pics of it... Thanks for all of your help.. Chris

Chris, I would highly reommend you get a hotwire kit from EPP or some other sponsor. Then you cut the hot wire and run it through the BAP. I don't know of anyone that has run a BAP on the stock wiring. If you look at the plugs under the car on the driver side behind the rear seat that is where the factory fuel pump wires are. I think there are 2 purples? for the gas gauge a ground and a red wire that is power for the pump. You will have to splice into this red wire if not using the hot wire kit.

Sounds good. The hotwire is the way to go, it's a plug & play set up. I had to drop the gas tank to plug it in on the racetronix hotwire kit. The 98 tanks are kind of a PITA to remove because they have a steel filler tube not flexible rubber like later models.
