Try some of the sponsors, my guess is they could get you just the pump and it would be warranty.

Lots of the sponsors could get one out to you pretty quick.

Just a walbro 255.

Just ordered a walbro 225 for my LT1 from one of the sponsors. They are much better than the stock pumps and don't require dropping the entire chassis to get to it if I need to

i am assuming that if i get any walbro 255 that my racetronix wiring kit will hook up right? also do c5's have different pumps than camaros?

Use thunder racing, they have quick shipping and are great to deal with. The Racetronix pump is just a Walbro with an aluminum shell on it. There is a snap ring up top that you remove, then the pump slides out. Install the new one, put the snap ring back in and the wiring will hook directly back up.

Cool, David or Angie can help you out. I believe the pump cost me 226 dollars. It comes in the plastic bowl already with a filter sock as well. I do not know if you installed it yourself, but if you need a website for how to pull the pump let me know.

Curious as to what the life expectancy is on these pumps. I am having a fueling problem and am wondering if my 6 month old racetronix pump is the problem or if it is electrical in nature. Sometimes the pump will prime when I turn the key and after a sec the car will die and then I can hear the pump prime again. Other times it wont prime at all.

How do you know it is the pump?

What part of that was erroneous, exactly?

This may give some customers the impression that any Walbro pump will work which you probably know is not the case.

You are correct that Thunder Racing can supply replacement F99 pumps.

Thanks

Well then why don't you clarify. What is the difference? Can you not just put the shell on a new Walbro?

I thought Racetronix had their own pumps, and they were quieter? Was I misinformed this entire time?

The Ractronix is a shell over a Walbro 255.
