I have a 2000 Firehawk, replaced air and fuel filters, plugs, fuel pump, 02 sensor, ran fuel system cleaner through it, changed all fluids....still missing...seems every once in a while the car runs like it should, usually cool nights, then 95% of the time there is a significant loss of power and spuratic missing...it thows O2 sensor and random missfire codes on and off...car runs fine at idle...only misses under load...what do I try next???

did you replace the plug wires at all? and did you gap your new plugs cuz believe it or not they're not always good out of the box.
