Default fuel pump lt1 rear mount???

what size fuel pump do you guys rec. i already have a 255 in tank walbro. but the dyno shop thinks i need an msd BAP. are they just trying to sell me something? what is everybody else doin. i have 42lb SVO inj, cooling mist meth inj, T61 and looking for 7-9psi. i would rather buy a better fuel pump if i need it!

i have a A1000 Aeromotive pump mounted underneath the rear bumper, welded a 10 an bung right into the buttom of the tank http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...imageID=170507

Horsepower = lb/hr (fuel) / Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC)
Use .6 BSFC for a boosted LT1 to give you an approximation.

255lph = 67gph * 6lbs = 402 pounds per hour
So, horsepower = 402 lb per hr / .6 = 670FWHP

You're fine with the 255.

you dont need anything yet..... i have just over 500rwhp and no problems with running out of fuel. 42SVO and 255 in the back
