supporting an injector upgrade When larger fuel injectors are added onto an engine to allow for more feul usage, for a larger cam for example, what other mods are needed to support those larger injectors? Whats the least amout of supporting fuel upgrades one could get by with to do the job on a mild H/C setup like a CC305, mild porting, and the usual boltons, with say a 30 lb. injector.

My car has h/c and still has stock injectors and fuel pump. It puts out 450rwhp. The stock injectors are maxed out at this point but the A/F ratio is still ok. I just bought a N2O kit and upgraded to 42 lb. injectors and a Racetronics fuel pump to be safe. As for the mods required with upgraded injectors you just need a tune to compensate so the car will idle properly.

At max WOT my 28.8 injectors reach 120 % duty cycle. Im going to purchase 30 pound injectors.

so if ive got a 99 vette heads/cam w/stock injectors should i upgrade due to my stock size is only 26s. im curious cause i didnt pick up much power when i put my heads on trap speeds went from 124 to 126 and i was exspecting more. cheap heads though stage 2.5 5.3s with stock gaskets.
