Not hard to change.
But you will need a computer reprogram, or you can "trick" the computer, and get it ok with a MAF-t
Aftermarket injectors are a lot less, like $250-300 a set. If upgrading, thats what i would do.

2nd. If you are going to change them, I recommend changing to a 36# if you are sticking naturally aspirated or 42# if you are going boosted @ 43.5psi rated injector. That gives you some breathing room and they are easy to tune.
3rd. Please don't screw around with this MAF-t thing. Just get the car re-tuned properly with the right Injector flow rate values.
DO NOT install & DRIVE the car with the new INJECTORS until it HAS been TUNED.

have you ever had the intake off of a car and noticed that where the injectors spray it is clean?
I recommend some 36# or 37# racetronix - Delphi/Lucas injectors rated at 43.5psi or even some 42# injectors (same as above) and you will be set
