too much injector???
Too large(TOO large for your setup) will result in a RICH idle and RICH in low rpm (meaning before airflow gets going decent, say 1000rpm and below) but will depend on other factors also.
I for one witnessed this personally. I installed 60# injectors in my car before the STS kit...I had a 11.0 AFR idle but driving around and WOT everything was fine. So I sold them and went with a much smaller injector, my current 42#. You can also fiddle with a fuel pressure regulator, which can allow you to run lower fuel pressure at idle (MAP based), BUT you get to a point where the injector will not work properly at a certain pressure and below.
Too SMALL of an injector will just cause high duty cycle, and it is not recommended, but people do it and some last, some don't.
It boils down to what is best usable on your setup. A difference of 5#/hr + or - either way shouldn't make a huge difference, an injector doesn't necessarily make power, just if you go above 100% duty cycle you get to a point where the car will run lean aka 'running out of injector'
what are your plans? or are you just curious??
Injectors are rated USUALLY at 43.5psi fuel pressure @rail. I also have spreadsheets explaining this and how it works, with formulas to calculate new duty cycle from old X#/hr injectors to new XX#/hr injectors...etc ...etc
several of us have injector calculator spreadsheets...etc etc.. I would be more than happy to mine to you.
