Ok I'm piecing together the fuel system for my turbo buildup now. I only have a couple questions.

This will be for a '98 Formula with a built LS6 running 9.5:1 compression. My goal will be around 600-650rwhp.

What size return lines should I run?
What size injectors do you guys recommend? I'm guessing I need about 50lb injectors but I've been told since the LS1 fuel pressure is 58lbs 42lb injectors act like 50lb-ers.

that depends on what fuel pressure you will run.

if you replace the regulator then you can put the pressure wherever you want.

i would say that for 650 you should go ahead and buy some -6 or -8 pressure line and some -4 or -6 return line.. a nice set of fuel rails or have your stock ones modified like reckless' get a good boost referenced regulator some 50-55# injectors and a way to tune it all.
