Default removing feed line from stock fuel rail

How do I remove the factory hardline feed tube from an LT1 fuel rail? the regulator pops right out, but all the remaining piece of the feed line does is spin in the fuel rail. how do I get this sucker out so I can weld some -8AN fittings on?

Go buy the whole set of disconnect tools. I'm using mine all the time and they're only a few bucks

NAPA, or local out parts stores. get the plastic ones the metal ones are to big to use. they work like a key for a lock.
