Default walbro problems

my 2ond walbro pump is acting up or something else is going on . when the car is warm (does not run hot) fuel stops or has very low pressure once the car is compleatly cooled off it works again. this same situation happened to the first walbro pump after about 700 miles, now after 7 or 800 miles the 2ond walbro pump: same thing. both worked perfect for 700 miles . any body have an idea whats going on ? Please help

It would help if you stated what kind of car it was & the model number of pump & the type of installation kit.

I'll try to help you if you give some more information.

just go over the wiring make sure nothing is grounding out and causing the pump to run warm or lose pressure. If that is not the problem then I would just check the regulator and or go with a different pump

My car is doing the same thing! I have a walbro pump in a 2000 Pontiac firebird. Car runs great under wide open throttle, but when rpms are below 1500 it starves and stalls as if its out of gas. Then the car will NOT start until I let it sit for over a minute. Then starts and idles great until hot again.
