I am wanting to upgrade to 30 pound injectors in my 2000 LS1 Z28. Will I have to retune my pcm for this to work correctly. I need the upgrade to keep up with a 100 hp dry nitrous shot.

not neccesarily, I would reccomend it. Why are do you want to put larger injectors in? If you have a wet kit then it would not be needed to have larger injectors (fouled plugs and less driveability) It is really up to you, but larger injectors are not going to make a difference in power it will just help with engine durability bc it will run rich instead of lean on spray

Yes you have to have it tuned... it will run rich as all hell at startup and at WOT. It will make a huge difference in power. If you go much bigger injector wise without tuning you can ruin an engine.

Yeah, you really need a tune when you replace your inj, not even an option not to do it. If your buying the SVO 30's, remember they are really 36#'s with our fuel pressure, I think stock on a 2000 is 26#'s...
