Default Where To Buy Delphi Injectors.

I'm looking for 30# Delphi injectors. I did a search with no results and can't seem to find them on a couple websites I looked at.

Thanks.

Why do you want Delphi's ve. say SVO? Are there any advantages?

I was told they run slightly smoother than SVO. And this was from a tuner that sells SVO's.

I dunno... SVO's are tried and true... On my old 383 LT1, I ran the Red Top SVO 30#'s up to 140%DC at 70PSI and they have not locked up on me, and provided adequate fuel to the motor.

Im not going nearly as crazy this time out with my LS1, but I will be running SVO 30#'s. Just wondering if there is any truth to the Delphi's running smoother. I wonder if there is a different pintle design or if they are just completely different internally.

I don't know from experience, but they said they put them on the flow bench and got good results.

I will probably just get the SVO's but I couldn't find the Delphi's so I figured I'd ask.

Good luck with it. I think I saw some SVO 30#'s for sale in the for sale section about a week ago with little to no interest, I hope that helps.

Good luck!

Harris Speed Works, a sponsor, sells them.

Read the details for the difference. Basically, they use a spinning disc versus the pintle design used by everyone else.
I have had zero issues with mine.

I'm only seeing 32# Delphi's, do they not come in 30#?

Close enuff. I am pretty sure the ford 30# are rated 30 lbs at 43 psi. Ls1 is some where above 53 psi.

That's kind of what I figured, just wanted to make sure though.

Here's another question kind of off-topic; do you guys use the o-rings included with the injectors or the stock o-rings? I know with some aftermarket injectors the o-rings don't seal as well as the stock ones do.

Most Ford SVO injectors are rated at 39PSI (check SVO catalog) where the industry standard is pretty much 43.5PSI. The Ford 30's flow about the same as the Delphi 32's at 43.5PSI

The injector o-rings included fit and seal just fine in L98, LT1 and LS1 intakes / rails. For LS2 you must specify when ordering.
