Question Any Ideas what is causing this

Well I ran my best time tonight in the 1/8th 7.86 @ 90.xxx not sure slip is out in the car. Anyway only made 2 runs then took a break to watch, but then on my way home the car started misfiring under a load ...like a freakin' M249...pop...pop...pop . I don't know what it is. I will be checking the plugs this weekend, wires and already added some more quality fuel. We shall see what I find. I wonder if I have some bad gas in it or something.

Well my car may be down until March or sometime around then. Last night on the way home from the track it started missing and giving P0300 code. I limped it home with the TC locking and unlocking all the way barely able to pull up hills and such.

Today I pulled the plugs to see if I had a bad plug...and sure enough 1 of the plugs...good ol' #7 was bent like something hit it...did a compression test and all cylinders were 220 - 230 except #7 was 175 . This is quite a discrepency. I will be pulling the head tomorrow and ordering my new 402 LS2 block sometime around Christmas if my fears are realized tomorrow.
