Default an fittings???

searched and i didnt really see what i was looking for.

when threading the fittings together is there anything you need to make it seal well it didnt come with o-rings so i didnt know if you needed anything

any help would be great

Nope, they're a 37 degree flare fitting, no o-rings or sealant required.

3/8 pipe thread, assuming they're aftermarket rails? I'd use a little teflon tape on them. Some say do, some say don't.

yes they are aftermarket rails

and is there anything special to do about the gm style quick connect fittings?

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe lube the o-ring a little bit. It should just click into place.

Use thread tape for the npt on the rails, i like the liquid kind

Why use the Quick Disconnect Fitting if you don't really need to ? AN Threaded fittings works and seals great and better than the Q/D.
How offen to you disconnect the fuel line from the Rail ? If you have a need, then use the Q/D. my 2 cents...

quick connects are on the tank not the rail
still running factory tank

they do make a cone that goes over the end that can be used on damaged an fitting but i use them on all my stuff anyway. there cheap. goto an aeroquip store or something, they should have them by the hundreds
