Default FAST Fuel rails

I've got fast rails on mc car... just wondering about the line connections. The ones that come with the FAST rails are plastic. Should I replace them with metal ones? or will these things hold up? I'd hate for them to blow out while I'm in it, and burn to the ground. Your thoughts / opinions wanted.

Thanks guys,

Mark

What plastic "connections" are you talking about. I've got the Fast rails and don't remember any plastic stuff on them?

That's weird, I can't picture anything plastic in my kit. Are you talking about the line adapter that goes to the factory fuel feed line on the chassis? That's the only plastic on my whole fuel system under the hood. The fitting is aluminum with a plastic clip insert? Any pics? I just bought the 54023 rail kit. Check out the link for the parts you're talking about.
