Default Regulator Question

I am currently using the boost referenced regulator. I noticed that when my car is under vacuum my pressure is below 58 like 45. As soon as I hit 0 vacuum it goes to 58psi and as boost is added the pressure goes up. Can it cause issues with my car to have the pressure below 58? Does the fuel system have to play catch-up when I go to WOT? Should I not use the bost reference? I think it is nice getting the extra pressure at WOT.

Thanks,

Kane

Anyone have any opinions on this? I think I a just going to change to a flat kpa in the tune and I think that will compinsate.
